Built for Safety. Driven by Accountability.

Safety Culture That Sets the Standard
We don’t treat safety as a checkbox. It’s an active, daily priority led by trained supervisors, reinforced by internal communication, and backed by verified credentials. Our safety program is grounded in field experience and continuously updated to reflect client standards, government regulations, and lessons learned.
Safety Committee
Our internal Safety Committee meets regularly to review incidents, share field reports, and align on best practices. These insights are translated directly into updated checklists, training materials, and team briefings.
PPE Enforcement and Accountability
When confined spaces are involved, we take a reduction-first approach. Our team evaluates each job to determine how much cleaning can be completed using remote systems, hands-free tools, or external access. If entry is required, crews follow the proper confined space protocols, including air monitoring, entry permits, and continuous oversight by trained professionals.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage is enforced on every job. Supervisors confirm that each technician is equipped with job-appropriate gear and has reviewed all relevant safety documentation prior to deployment.
RAVS Plus Certified
HighTec has successfully completed the RAVS Plus audit process, a rigorous third-party evaluation of our written safety programs and field execution. This certification reinforces our commitment to structured safety compliance and qualified field operations.
Documented. Verified. Aligned.
Every job starts with a structured pre-job checklist. Crews complete JHAs, site evaluations, and PPE verifications before work begins. After the job, post-job reports and summary notes are logged. If materials are removed for transportation off-site, manifests are created and tracked.
DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports)
All vehicles and mobile equipment undergo pre- and post-use inspections, logged through our fleet management platforms to ensure safety and reliability before arrival on site and after job closeout.
PM Checklists
Preventive Maintenance (PM) checklists are completed for equipment used during service. These help reduce mechanical risk and support asset integrity on every job.
Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
JHAs are conducted before every job to identify risks, define mitigation steps, and prepare team members. These documents are updated in the field as conditions evolve.
Site Evaluations
Supervisors conduct jobsite evaluations to determine access, hazards, and safety conditions. These assessments are used to assign PPE, update JHAs, and guide real-time decisions.
